Winemaking: Fermentation and aging in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
Harvest: Mid-september

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Colour: pale yellow with golden reflexes
Aroma: braod aroma of ripe apple and pineapple
Flavour: appealing dry, fine acidity, fresh, harmonius and elegant.
Serving recommandations: exellent as aperitif wine, with first courses as soup, fish and poultry dishes.
Serving temperatur: 14°C (F 57,2)
Alcohol: 13% by vol.

Artyo Alto Adige Gewürztraminer Doc 2015

Grape variety: Gewürztraminer (native white grape called by the name of the town Tramin in South Tyrol)
Vineyard location: from Girlan (435 mt.above sea level) and other areas in “Überetsch”, the area between Girlan and the lake of Kaltern, with soils consisting of gravel and calcareous clay.
Vine-growing: Guyot
Yield: 80hl/ha(ha=2,47acre)
Winemaking: Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
Harvest: Mid- septembre

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:

Colour: golden yellow
Aroma: opulently aromatic, harmonious, reminiscent of roses.
Flavour: very assertive, full and rich, spicy and great length.
Serving recommandations: with rich and tasty cheeses, prawns and lobster, Asian dishes as well as aperitif wine.

Grape variety: Müller Thurgau
Vineyard location: from high hills (600 mt a.s.l.) area in Pochi by Salorno.
Vine-growing: Guyot (the grapevines are trained on vertical wire frame system) and traditionally pergola.
Yield: 80hl/ha(ha=2,47 acre)
Winemaking: Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
Aging: stainless steel tanks on its fine lees, after which the wine is lightly fined and botteld.
Harvest: Mid of september

Colour: Pale yellow with green highlights
Aroma: elegant aroma of Muscat and elderflower
Flavour: dry, slightly aromatic, elegant and firm structure

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:

Colour: Straw yellow
Aroma: Reminiscent lightly to flowers like linden tree, lily and distinctive aroma of pear.
Flavour: Rich on the palate, almost creamy with fine acidity and exellent length.
Serving recommandations: Shellfish and crustaceans, fish, poultry and white meats.
Serving temperatur: 14°C (F 57,2)

Myron Südtiroler Sauvignon blanc Doc 2015

Grape variety: Sauvignon blanc
Vineyard location: from the village Cornaiano (435 a.s.l.) where the soil are sandy with gravelly morainal deposits. The good exposure to the sun and the with range of temperature between day and night are the best conditions for producing fruit with intensive flavour and elegant acidity.
Vine-growing: Guyot (the grapevines are trained on vertical wire frame system)
Yield: 60hl/ha(ha=2,47 acre)
Winemaking: short cold maceration and after gentle pressing the fermentation stars in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at 18o C.
Aging:  stainless steel tanks on its fine lees, after which the wine is lightly fined and botteld.
Harvest: Beginn-Mid of september
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Colour: Pale yellow with greenish reflexes
Aroma: fresh, elegant body with crisp acidity, opulent on the palate with a long aftertaste.
Flavour: fresco, pieno con una piacevole acidità e mineralitá, lungo finale
Serving reccomandations: excellent apertifwine, ideal for asparagus dishes in general, cheese and spicy dishes.
Serving temperature: 54°- 57°F
Alcohol: 13% by Vol.
